It is the first time that I stay at this brand new hotel, it is so refreshing to count with a superb experience in the south part of this busy city. Even when this is a great business hotel, it has a huge terrace with a swimming pool and jacuzzis. It is very well located, next to a one of the main freeways that cross the city: Periferico Ave.

Cons Wifi never worked. Called reception many times and they told me that wifi was always like that. Building and rooms and in bad shape. Very worn out. They pretend to be a high standard hotel but they are not such thing. Maybe 50 years ago when it was new. Funny smell in the room, maybe from the old carpet. No ventilation. No possibility to open the window. Walls very thin and very noisy. You can even hear people talking in the other rooms. We had problems with the lock of the door. Furniture very old and worn out. No potable water from the sink. Overpriced for what you get. Pros Staff in reception was very helpful and kind. Most of all, Alexandra. They were able to keep our luggage for four days as we were coming back there. Location is great and there is a market nearby when you can eat good food for a very cheap price.

The breakfast is really good, home style. The only detail is that there was not hot water the 1st night. Room very clean & have safety box. The Statt attentive to details, Even though I stayed for 3 nights; only 2 bottled of waterpolo served, but I can refilled at their lobby.

We arrived late in the evening and we had trouble with getting air in our room. We asked them to send someone to fix it while we were at dinner. When we returned to our room, the room was still very hot and the with no air. I was also 6 months pregnant and extremely uncomfortable from the lack of air in the room. My husband was also extremely uncomfortable. In the morning, we asked for the manager, but he did not arrive until later that day. I said I would wait for him. They offered to provide us with a courtesy breakfast which we did not want because we are not breakfast people and we usually eat at the airport. We took the breakfast anyways, in hopes to wait for the manager to call the hotel before our driver arrived. Later in the day, when I reached the manager (Juan Carlos) by phone before our flight, he explained he could not provide us with a discounted rate because we already took the breakfast offer. I explained to him that we would not have taken the breakfast would we have known that it would have been at the cost of the discounted rate. Absolutely ridiculous! I informed him over the phone that I will be writing this review in Tripadvisor, he didn't seem to mind. Do not stay here. Customer service is terrible.

I have visited Mexico city more times, but since I have tried Grand Fiesta America there is no other place to stay especially if you need to be near a Polanco area, where I had some business meetings. Hotel is quite modern equipped. Some of big Hotel chains in Mexico city had some 90s look, which is not the case of Grand Fiesta Americana. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff really friendly and flexible. I have been there more than one time and to my surprise some of the staff on the 16th floor recognize me and get me quite warm welcome. Some of the staff works there for more years which means that the management treat them well which is a good sign. I will be definitely be back in near future.

I give this hotel 5 stars for some very simple reasons. It's got a good rate, it's a new building, the employees were friendly, the rooms comfortable and generally very clean. Bedding was fantastic, towels of decent quality, and the amenities were a good brand. (CO Bigelow). I took away a start because they list themselves on Orbitz and Expedia as a ”VIP Access” hotel for people who have elite status with Orbitz (or Expedia) of which I am Platinum. They did not offer any upgrade, late check-out, or even mention that I was a Platinum member of Orbitz or that they participate in the VIP Elite program. Sort of disappointing and they shouldn't be listed as a VIP Elite Hotel with Orbitz or Expedia if they're not going to honor what they said they would. (Because listing themselves this way helps them attract more customers such as myself.) Be more honest Fiesta Americana Viaducto Aeropuerto hotel.

It's very close to the airport and next to it. It is very convenient to choose and stay on business trips. The overall environment is also very good. It is a must-have hotel for business trips to Mexico. It has been booked several times and it is worth recommending to everyone.

Breakfast is good. The first night of hotel reception, 1500 pesos does not include breakfast. 1900 pesos with breakfast. Ctrip offers more and breakfast. Mexican food is not flattering, the breakfast at this hotel is very good. The fruit is very fresh. The waiter is also very good. Individuals don't like Mexican food. Very safe area, similar to Shanghai Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. The nearby building is really amazing! Three to five minutes walk to Mexico Cathedral, Presidential Palace, City Hall, National Gallery of Art

You can tell there is something about the way the property is managed when several things go wrong. Let me start by the good: Maybel Gonzalez tried everything within her power to avoid a total disappointment; nevertheless, travelers should be aware of the experience and hopefully upper management will take notice. Now the things that need attention: -Sent a message via the BonVoy app, it went unanswered until I requested a reply the following day. -Upon checking I noticed the floor in my assigned room had not been swept for a long time. They sent a very polite housekeeper who cleaned it and apologized profusely stating that was unacceptable. -Handheld shower could not be turned on, they fixed it. Also overhead shower sprayed water all over, this is a sign of not cleaning the shower head, it was fixed. -Air conditioning did not cool. They fixed it. Several reviews have the same issue reported. -The worst - the water pipes had air and banged all night. This was not fixed and even when the lent me a second room to sleep in, the noise was present. Had three sleepless nights. This is really a big problem. I was on the 12th floor. There are several choices in the Santa Fe area...I suggest looking for an alternative, I will.

I stayed for more that 1 month in order to complete a project and every day the attention of hostess, waitress, manager and every person in the hotel was amazing. The rooms was pretty cleaned, hot water, amenities, maybe the gym it's a bit small but for continuity in the exercise it's OK. Highly recommended!!!

We have been staying here for 20 years. Great hotel, with just the basic needs. This stay at check in we were asked by Enngueta not to smoke in our room, we promised we wouldn't. One night as we were asleep a man banged our door and said ”open the door” we said you have the wrong room and he insisted ”let me in” he did not identify himself, we were frightened and went down to the front desk to report this incident. He said we were smoking in our room. WE PROMISED WE WOULD NOT SMOKE IN OUR ROOM, AND DID NOT!!!!! Multiple times we wittinessed occupants smoking in their rooms with their doors open and in the hall. We think it was not nice to accuse us. Very disappointed how we were treated after all these years! Not nice! Also the cab driver the hotel called to take us to the airport left us 6 terminals away from Delta and sped off before we knew it, you should know your cabs a little better, We almost missed our flight!!!!!! What a mess.

The hotel itself is really clean. But the size of the rooms are somewhat small. Not very impressed with their service. The lady in the receptionist are was not very responsive. I had to have her make me a new hotel card key like 5 times. They were having issues with their elevator sensors. Also I did not like their gym was closed, computer room, some of the waiting areas, and the amenities were not the best.I literally was super thirsty all night! They ran out of bottled water, and in the morning they also had no water, and breakfast was pretty much gone when I arrived around 9a.m..Overall its a clean place, but not the best customer service. Also for $15 dollars more you can book a hotel for twice the size a couple of blocks down.

Summary of stay: 6 nights. Single bed room. Conversational Spanish speaker and non-Spanish speaking travel partner. Positives: Location is in a tourist-friendly area with bars and restaurants and a lively crowd of locals. Walking distance to Reforma 222 (shopping mall) Walking distance to street food vendors (tacos, flautas, sopes, juices, etc.) Convenience store nearby. Friendly staff (non-English speaking). Apartment-style room with mini-kitchen: coffeemaker, toaster, blender, pots and pans are all provided in the room without request. Water pressure was great and temperature control was precise. Comfy set of pillows, comfy bed. Noise complaints from other room down the hall was handled swiftly. Outside noise was at a minimum. Negatives: We stayed for 6 days and the sheets were never changed. Room service did not turn our hotel room each day (we got home from a long venture and realized that they had cleaned every room except ours before stopping for the day) When requesting new towels after our room hadn't been serviced we were told to contact the front desk (I asked the cleaner directly. She had spare towels visibly available on her cart). There were coffee drops and toilet residue when we arrived. The toilet residue lasted through their cleaning of the room... obviously meticulous attention to detail is not an offering at Suites Giorgio, but you get what you pay for and this was honestly a decent hotel for the great deal we got on our stay. WARNING: If you do not speak any Spanish, this may be an issue for you. Luckily I am conversational, but my partner who is not could not communicate with the staff whatsoever. No one spoke English. Overall, if you don't mind a lower standard of cleanliness during your stay, Suites Giorgio is an affordable option with decent rooms and nice staff.

This Hotel is one of the most upscale in Mexico City, the bar and restaurant are on the 38th floor where you can see the entire city from above, the service is first class, the restaurant has contemporary Mexican cuisine. The finishes in the rooms are luxurious, rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The hotel may be one of the most expensive in Mexico City, but 100% recommendable, it is located in a fairly safe area and there are multiple restaurant options very close.

This is a great place. I'm mad about the time I've spent staying on/near Reforma. For the same price or less there is the amazing hotel. It's sleek and modern. The rooms are very quiet from the city noises below, even on a Saturday night. You can see the entire skyline from my 4th floor room. There are a few different forms of public and private transportation available. There is general entertainment provided next door at the Forum. It's also not far from many attractions. Honestly, my only complaint is they don't respect do not disturb signs. They started knocking on every door around 9am. This is the only noise I've heard since arriving. I couldn't tell they were tapping on my door but it was opened and quickly closed. This has happened 2 more times about an hour apart. Apparently, it's to check who's in their rooms. I would hate to think they'd check us out simply because we went out to breakfast or something.

I was pleased that this hotel opened recently in the same block as my cousin's apartment. The hotel is beautiful, with every modern amenity. It is an all suite hotel, so I had a spacious area with a kitchen, desk, sofa and breakfast bar as well as a large bedroom and bathroom with a rain shower, with which I had no trouble as did a previous guest. There were locks on all three doors, so even though I felt very safe in any case, this was extra security. The gentleman on the 3-11 shift was especially helpful and gracious. My only complaint was a yappy dog in the neighborhood who made his presence known for a couple of hours every evening. At less than $600 for a 6 night stay, I would certainly return as it is near shopping, restaurants and convenient transportation. Bravo, J. Towers.

We had a great time here: the location was great and easy to see things from, everything was super clean and the beds were very comfy too. It wasn’t a super social hostel when we stayed, and there aren’t many facilities for meeting people but for the price it was great value and we would definitely stay here again. The reception staff were helpful, nice and all spoke English too. Rubí was standout and gave us great service: she spoke perfect English and was patient and happy to listen whenever we had questions. Thank-you for the stay!
